Summer Lovin’-Sock Hop In Partnership with Valley Program for Aging Services (VPAS) Friday, August 8, 5:30pm–8pm, Gypsy Hill Park Gym Dust off your dancing shoes and get down to tunes from the 50s, 60s, 70s, played live by musician Joey Knott. We will provide an atmosphere that is sure to knock your socks off. Don’t worry, there will be plenty of food and drinks to help keep up your energy so you can dance the night away. Join us for a night of dancing, games, and reminiscing at this Grease themed event. We encourage ticket purchase (in office or online) prior to the event but will also offer tickets at the door. Participants under the age of 45 must be a plus one. Price: $10 for individual. Special thanks to last year's sponsors Brookdale and Humana.

Little Seedlings Camp August 4-8

Little Seedlings Camp This camp is designed for kids to discover the outdoors one mud-puddle, bird sound, or quiet step in the forest at a time. The flow of each day will include morning circle, music, storytelling and movement, a nature walk, art activity, and a picnic lunch before pick up at 1pm. Children will learn how to work within a group of peers, enhance listening skills with music exercises, and do hands-on crafts and nature exploration with skilled teachers. Please pack a bagged lunch, water bottle, and extra change of clothes for your child/ren each day. Children must be potty trained in order to attend this program.
